Having tried more than 100 jury cases to verdict, Attorney Bossian brings an exceptional level of courtroom experience, litigation skill, and legal knowledge to Orabona Law Offices.

Throughout his distinguished career, Attorney Bossian has handled a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, insurance disputes, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience conducting depositions, litigating complex cases, and briefing and arguing appeals before state and federal courts.

Attorney Bossian’s professional background includes serving as a partner in an insurance defense firm, a civil litigation director, and a corporate risk manager for CVS Corporation. This unique combination of experience provides him with valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and resolve claims—an advantage he brings to representing injured individuals and their families.

Attorney Bossian graduated cum laude from Western New England University and earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
