John is a seasoned trial attorney with over thirty years of experience in all aspects of personal injury law.  He has successfully represented injured people and their families in a wide spectrum of cases, ranging from straightforward fall cases to complex wrongful death matters.  John is grateful to have been mentored by some of the most respected trial attorneys in Rhode Island.  He learned the importance of listening to clients to understand their injury.  This information helps John develop a strategy to maximize the client’s recovery.  John also understands the importance of belonging to local and national organizations of attorneys that only represent injured people.  Over the years, his association with the Rhode Island Association of Justice, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and American Association of Justice have been instrumental in his effective representation of clients.

John is a graduate of Providence College and Western New England University School of Law, where he was a member of the International Law Moot Court Team.  As a young trial lawyer, he qualified for and completed, the Ultimate Trial College, an intensive training program taught by the top trial lawyers in the country.  John achieved this honor within his first five years of practicing.
